Our weather stations measure wind speed and direction, air temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, rainfall, and solar radiation. Depending on configuration, additional sensors for visibility, snow depth, or soil parameters can be integrated. ProfEC Ventus offers modular solutions suitable for fixed installations, portable use, or remote autonomous operation.

The stations are built around high-quality data loggers from Campbell Scientific, Ammonit Measurement, and Kintech Engineering, ensuring reliable long-term operation even under extreme environmental conditions. Data is recorded at flexible intervals — typically every second and averaged over 10-minute periods in line with international meteorological standards.

All ProfEC Ventus weather stations are designed for low maintenance and energy efficiency, featuring robust aluminium or stainless-steel mounting structures, solar power systems, and remote access capabilities. Communication options include GSM/LTE, Ethernet, satellite, or radio links, ensuring consistent data retrieval from even the most remote locations.
